This is ME: Re-branded
🇪🇨This past June I agreed to travel to Ecuador with a local coffee shop to photograph and bring back the culture, people and process behind coffee.
I didn’t realized just how rich in culture it would be and how much the people and experience would impact me.
🌏Before this trip I had never traveled out of the US and never on a trip as raw as this, meaning not at a resort 😉. As a child I dreamed of photography like this- National Geographic Travel was a dream job of mine and I would cut photos from their magazine and put them into scrap books of my favorite images.
I almost didn’t go because of my own anxieties and fears and personal life stuff.
To go on this trip I faced a lot of fears within myself and showed myself I am way stronger then I ever thought.
🦋Not only did I face these fears and overcome them but I had an experience of a lifetime and found myself living my photography dream. I was surrounded by beauty and culture and once in a life time views and experiences. I never put my camera down.
I fell in love with the culture, people, way of life, nature and adventure.
So when these beans arrived in Frederick today, for me it was so much more then coffee.
☕️I will be enjoying my cup of coffee this morning 💖
If you are local, head over to Dublin Roasters Coffee this weekend and ask for the coffee from Ecuador (and check out my photography from the trip all over the shop 😉)
I now have the travel bug and want to see the world through my lens.
Bring on the travel jobs!
